✨ My Story

In my 30s I was well into my working life, but very quickly I realised I was living on autopilot. From the outside, everything looked great — but inside, I knew something was missing. I wanted more than just getting through the week.

So I pressed pause, quit my job, sold my house and backpacked around the world. Life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve filled my 30s, 40s and now 50s with meaningful and bold changes; doing work I’m truly passionate about, working abroad, travelling to places that bring me huge joy and going on adventures that take me way out of my comfort zone.

Now, I help other women do the same — not by chasing someone else’s version of success, but by creating a life that actually feels purposeful.
